Change-of-mind returns
Contact us within 14 days of delivery and return approved items within the following 14 days. Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer, and original shipping charges are not refundable.
Do not send returns to our registered office. Email ywxrain@gmail.com for authorization and the current return address in Guangzhou. Unauthorised returns may be refused.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product, inner packaging, outer carton, and shipping label. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved. After review, we will offer an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-returnable items
Used or washed products, personalised or custom-made goods, gift cards, and final-sale items cannot be returned unless faulty or required by applicable law.
Cancellations and refunds
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. After dispatch, the return policy applies. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection; your bank may require additional time.
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply in your location.
