YW Rain curates finished porcelain rather than claiming that every piece is made in our own studio. We select products for function, finish, and suitability for daily tea or coffee.
Form and proportion
We review capacity, rim shape, balance, handle clearance, and pouring control according to the intended drink.
Surface and finish
We look for even glaze coverage, stable bases, comfortable contact surfaces, and consistent presentation across a set. Minor variation in glaze tone and hand-applied decoration can occur and is part of the ceramic process.
Order inspection
Before dispatch, pieces are checked for visible damage and packed with protective materials for international transport.
Care
Unless a product page states otherwise, hand washing with a soft sponge is recommended. Avoid sudden temperature changes and do not use pieces with metallic decoration in a microwave.
