Porcelain rewards precision. Every stage—from clay preparation to final inspection—changes the way a piece looks, feels, and performs.
01 · Forming
Forms are created by wheel, press, or casting depending on the wall thickness and consistency each design requires.
02 · Refining
Rims, feet, handles, and joins are finished by hand. These touchpoints determine whether a piece feels considered.
03 · Glazing
Food-safe glaze is applied in controlled layers. Small variations in flow and tone are part of the material character.
04 · High firing
High-temperature firing vitrifies the porcelain body, giving it strength, low water absorption, and a clear resonant quality.
05 · Inspection
Each piece is checked for stability, glaze coverage, rim quality, and safe contact surfaces before packing.
